The six floor residential building at the intersection of Egressy út and Nagy Lajos Király útja, consists of 106 apartments, among which all ages can find their ideal living space. The building comprises 6 studio apartments, 75 1-bedroom apartments, 6 2-bedroom apartments, and 19 3-bedroom apartments.
CALM: Due to the thermal insulation on the facade and the walls made of sand-lime brick, the apartments have excellent thermal insulation and acoustic properties, the windows and doors on the facade will be designed with triple glazing, enhanced air sound insulation, and motorized shutters.
SAFE: The apartment entrance doors are safety doors and 30 minute fire doors. Option for installing safety systems is available for all apartments.
AESTHETIC: Wood-effect vinyl flooring is installed in the living spaces, and glazed stoneware and ceramic finishes are installed in the bathrooms and kitchens. The architectural interior designs are made in the spirit of cleanliness and simplicity, in 4 styles: Intimately homely, Simply classic, Markedly minimalist, Cleanly youthful.
ENERGY-SAVING: The heating and cooling of the living spaces will be designed with a ceiling surface cooling-heating system integrated into the floor structure, which can be controlled with ICON thermostats and automatically detects the humidity in the room. A separate floor heating circuit will be installed in the bathrooms, which will also be supplemented by a radiator with an adjustable towel dryer. The heating-cooling network is realized with an energy-saving air-water heat pump system; the building’s energy supply is free of gas or other fossil energy carriers. The building will be realized as a building with nearly zero energy requirements according to TNM Decree 7/2006″
BESPOKE: The construction of the kitchens can be tailored to the homeowner’s own needs. Built-in connections allow the installation of a sink, dishwasher, refrigerator and counter lighting. The clean style trends give you the opportunity to tune the apartment to your unique taste.
PRACTICAL: The apartments are equipped with switches, plugs and low-current connection points, in addition, all bathrooms and toilets are equipped with exhaust (in the case of bathrooms with the addition of a moisture sensor). Vodafone’s network will be installed for all the apartments.
